All our service agreements and contracts should be made directly through our director who will personally conduct performance reviews and assessments of the quality of the service being provided. Our employees will follow a Programme which is formulated directly from the written contract between our Client and Oakland Dream Landscapes. All of our landscapers are internally assessed through formulated evaluations and the Client is invited to conduct a customer satisfaction form at any time during and post contract period, this is to provide the most accurate assessment.
