We shall pay for the recycling of all green and all other waste generated by our business activities. This is except for agreed green bin use which goes to the same recycling facility.

Clients details shall be stored and accessed by our office only and no information shall be passed on to third parties or shared in any way.

In the unlikely event of any dispute involving price or workmanship, “Oakland Dream Landscapes” shall agree to have their work inspected by any independent person or persons who are satisfactorily qualified in Landscaping or Horticulture relevant to the activity that has been carried out.
